ACHIE EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT CRADLE CO., operating as Little Global Champ Child Development Academy, is the data controller for personal information collected through our website and enrollment processes.

We collect: names, contact details, child's age and developmental information, payment information, and special needs disclosures.

Purpose of Collection

Information is collected for: enrollment processing, communication with parents, compliance with regulatory requirements (DSWD, ECCD Council, LGU), and donation/sponsorship management.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on: consent (for marketing), contract (for enrollment), and legal obligation (for regulatory compliance).

Data Sharing

We share data only with: government regulators (as required by law), payment processors, and our General Partners. We do not sell personal data.

Data Retention

Enrollment records: 5 years after child graduates. Financial records: 10 years. Donation records: 10 years.
